1. e4 e5 2. Sc3 Sc6 3. Lc4 Sf6 The Conny already ran out of opening moves but played one nevertheless 4. d3 Lb4 5. Sf3 d5 an very clever move, as any bishop retreat goes at the expense of a tempoloss 6. Lb5? 6. exd5 Sxd5 7. Ld2 Sf4 8. O-O O-O 6... Lg4 7. Ld2 O-O 8. Sxd5 Lxd2+ 9. Dxd2 Lxf3 9... Sxd5 10. Dc6 Compared to Qc5, Rd2 is now a good defense ! 20... Dc5!! 21. c3 (21. Td2 Txd2 22. Kxd2 Tf2+) 21... Db6 22. b4 (22. b3 Da5) 22... Txa2 21. Td2 Tf1+ 22. Txf1 Txf1+ 23. Td1 Tf2 24. c3 Db6 25. b4 Txa2?? Black had a win a few moves before, and now faces a risk to loose the game , admittedly, this is very hard to calculate, I wonder how much ELO you need to win this, surely 2000+ 26. Dd8+ To give you an idea, the Mephisto Explorer played this winning move with a score of +0.0 !!! He has no clue either. 26... Kg7 Much better was Kf7 again hard to see if you don't see h6+ coming ! 26... Kf7 27. Tf1+ Tf2 28. Txf2+ Dxf2 29. Dxc7+ Kf6 30. Dxh7 27. h6+! The Explore r plays h6 with an score of +0.3, so again he plays this natural move, without having the mate or win in his horizon. Pretty cool if you play the right moves beyond your horizon just based on some aritmetic calculation 27. De7+! Kg8 28. De8+ Kg7 29. h6+ Kxh6 30. Th1+ Kg5 31. De7+ Kg4 32. Dh4+ Kf3 33. Th3+ Ke2 34. Tf1+ And now the score from the Explorer moves up to +1.1 which is still way to low to assess the position, but at least he goes for the win. 28... Tf2 29. Txf2+ Dxf2 30. Dxc7+ Ke6 30... Kf6 31. Dxh7 31. Dxh7 De3+ 32. Kc2 Score moves up to +2.0 whereas any GM level Engine now sees the score is +9 as the pawn on h6 is going for the win 32... De2+ 33. Kb3 Dh5 33... Dd1+ 34. Kc4 b5+ 35. Kc5 Dxd3 36. Dxg6+ Ke7 37. Dg5+ Ke6 (37... Kf7 38. Df5+ Kg8 39. Dg6+ Kf8 40. Dg7+ Ke8 41. Dxe5+ Kf7 42. Dd5+) 38. Df5+ Ke7 39. Dxe5+ Kf7 40. Dd5+ 34.
